Robert Priel grew up in Long Island, New York, where a deep appreciation for storytelling and tradition took root early. He had his first cigar at 17 while visiting the Bahamas with his mother—an experience that ignited his passion for the ritual and culture of cigars. After moving to Los Angeles, Robert launched Priel Cigars, a brand built on craftsmanship, identity, and timeless elegance. He later founded Cigar Manor, a podcast and blog dedicated to exploring the stories, people, and artistry behind cigar culture. Now based in L.A., Robert directs award-winning films and music videos, with his work showcased at renowned venues like the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Whether through smoke or cinema, his mission is to craft moments that leave a lasting impression.

Jessica Hansen was born and raised in Altadena, California, where her dream of becoming a chef took root at a young age. She earned her degree from Northeastern University before returning home to study culinary arts at ICE in Pasadena. With a refined palate and entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica co-founded Priel Cigars, merging her love of food, culture, and craftsmanship. She is currently developing a cigar pairing business that offers private, curated dinners where gourmet cuisine meets premium cigars. Looking ahead, she plans to launch Priel Hansen & Co., a luxury brand offering a curated collection of cigars, candles, intimate dinners, and more. Jessica’s work is driven by a passion for sensory storytelling—where flavor, atmosphere, and tradition come together in unforgettable ways.

Leslie Gelb was born and raised in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where her love for storytelling and culture began early. For nearly a decade, she worked at Celebrity Service International, collaborating with prominent clients across the music and film industries. Her passion for untold stories led her to write Wake the Bear, a memoir chronicling the life of Native American artist C.R. Liles from Suffolk County, New York. Following the book’s release, Leslie turned her focus to screenwriting, exploring character-driven narratives with emotional depth and historical resonance. She eventually moved to Los Angeles, where she continues her work as a writer and serves as Editor for Cigar Manor. Leslie’s voice blends curiosity, reverence, and a commitment to preserving the stories that often go unheard.
